The snake and a lover

I cant stand bein apart from you
It feels a second closer, not second further
I remember that day, you looked amazing
I just wished I had taken you then
But forth a snake came, burdoned with fruit.
You ate his friut, and nearly died. You went running
But did it matter? I finally had you in my arms.
Snake did not care, he came forth,
Whispering into thine ear, enough for me to hear
Crazy I had gone, so distance with a plan, became the plan.
The snake jumped with might, and took you back
Failing my plan, knowing the snake has won.
Knowing that your gone, I am a second closer
