You were living your life
And now you're resting peacefully

I guess the flower month category since flowers are a big symbol of remembrance. I wrote this after losing several friends in just a few years. RIP-Dewayne, Derek, & Jake

I love this tribute to your friends. It's beautiful and sincere, which few can pull off without sounding syrupy... A friend of mine passed away a few months ago; she was only 21 and like a sister to me; your write made me think of her
I'm so sorry for your losses. Remember, though, that our friends and loved ones continue to live on through us, and that you are never alone.

Aww! what a beautiful tribute. I loved the last two stanzas especially they had a beautiful command and over the words and a breathtaking flow.
your rhyme an meter was spot on and a simle and sweet piece of poetry.
one note though your first line shined all too brightly you possibly need shone all to brightly instead it is past tense i believe.
other than that awsome. well done.
