plentiful harvest

~*~

upon

silken petals,

abundant life hidden

deep within, licking as we roll,

dancing

~*~

many

scurry away

afraid of not knowing,

gestures of cursing, waves of

plenty

~*~

alight,

little buzzing

toes sail atop briskly

blowing breezes, efficient for

pollen

~*~

warmer

seasons arrive

we're so joyful, happy

as buds are bursting in lovely

gardens

~*~

be not

afraid of those

who come to assure a

plentiful harvest of fruits and

blossom

~*~

      Hello

I guess I need to be more careful with Prewrite contests just as much as Fresh writes....sorry about that.......and title is..>>
      plentiful harvest....blessings,

      Bear -

  • I love the fact that you my dear brother and friend have mastered this form! This chain is perfect. Just this morning I had to kill a queen bee that had gotten into my house. It hurt my heart to have to do so but the little bugger really should have not gotten lost inside my house. I used aerosol. I always do; whatever aerosol I can find. LOL

CONGRATULATIONS ON EARNING THE SILVER CHALICE!

    Much Love Always ♥

    Renee

      God blesss you!

      Brother Bear -

  • Congratulations on winning the silver trophy. This is a wonderfully descriptive and imagistic piece that was a pleasure to read. I've never attempted a Cinquain Chain, or even a Cinquain for that matter, but you seem to have really mastered the form.

Beautiful work of poetry. You really know how to do it my friend! THANKS again!

  • The form is beautiful along with an exquisite presentation. So pleasurable to read. Yet you really made me ponder, if somebody handed me the best poem ever written scrawled on the back of a beer mat what would I do ?

Wonderful entry. Many thanks for your poem.
