Always a quick smile and a kind word
Never putting herself first
Going the extra mile in everything she does
Even when feeling her worst
Leaving all her worries behind
While spreading clouds of joy
Into this sometimes dismal world
Taking time to never annoy
Having love and laughter to share
Afraid of nothing but rejection
Rarely will we ever find
Earthbound creature of such perfection
Angels to this world do come
Some are here for a short season
Others we may never see
