Reason To Live

Missing image
I watch the waters ripple around me,
sparkling sun bounces like starlight gems
winds of winter are just a memory
trees burst greenery, with flowery stems

As mallard ducks perform their mating dance,
Robins with beaks full for building their nest
Mr. and Mrs. Swan begin lifelong romance,
bonded together in white, both are dressed

Balance of nature sings the sweetest songs
new life erupts, leaving the past season
gray wintry days, no more doubts or wrongs
Looking ahead with hopeful new reason

Opportunity to renew my life,
in a paradise without any strife…

This is beautiful with stunning imagery! Soft and sensual with love in the air. I always love how their necks form a heart when they are close like that.
