School-related Politics

Do you know what this means?
Like a movie set it has many difference scenes
Classroom talks that put you to sleep
Lunchroom tables that put you into the outcasts, deep

Thursdays and Fridays, for some these are the best
Because its Phsycal Fitness days for the rest
But for the select few
Its what they wait all week to do

Personally, 1 mile group run no problem
1.5 mile best time puts me in a slum
Maxing Push-ups and Sit-ups is a cinch
60 of each is done in a pinch

Fun work days include American football
This one I can do despite not being tall
Mondays or tuesdays we do armed drill
And I must admit, I have very little skill

Doing the basics, over and over
Makes my arms quite sore
And throw in a teacher who cares more about his own
Everything he tried teaching us prejudiced towards the African American perspective

Not trying to be racist but now is the time for equality
We're not some school infested with gangs like the Mid-City
We all know about the crimes of the past
Why is it only old mistakes that last

When people so clearly overlook what happens
Look at Bush's scheme "Suddam has Nuclear weapons"
We all got the Kansas City Shuffle
All he wanted to was to finish what his dad couldn't

    This is a very interesting poem. Good Job.
    I Like these three stanzas the best:
