Ode To A Hero

My hero and mentor
you've shown me the way
to live and observe.
Ever since I met you
I have a reborn sense of confidence
and a newfound sense of awareness.

You've helped me see many doors
to mind venues that I
have never had the chance to see before.
You appreciate my talents
and you see my youthful drive
and indeed you are right.

"I found sociology
but mostly sociology mound me.
Once you begin to use it
you are never able
to turn these senses off."

These were the things you said to me
when I was in your office
I look forward to my continued success
and I also am glad to have you along.
You've helped to unlock my mind
and I now can push onto do anything
and now I'm inspired
to go above and beyond
all normal expectations.

The most important thing I've learned
is that I can still be limitless
within my cultural limits
within social culture's game of life.
