moving on, living life, feeling sad
i will not force friendship
i will not beg
i can only let go
try to move on
with the emotions of losing a piece of my heart

the past is behind us
i moved on from that a long time ago
some people can't move on though
I thought you did, i was wrong

i honestly don't know what our fight was over
this last time, just that it hurt you!

all i asked for was your friendship
i didn't understand why you were pushing me away
now i do, you never got over the past

when you cant move on from the past
then your doing the right thing
saying goodbye an living your own life
is the only thing you can do!

you should have done this a long time ago
instead of making me believe
everything was okay
