A voyage through and through

Memorable paths where once walked a few
hold a doubt, nay a concern as
to whether this is déjà vu

In thoughts uncanny with ideas to spare,
realization stirs, only the clouds
could have less to share

Living a dream while dreaming of life,
even time would learn not to
startle a decaying mind

But at the end of the road lies the horrible truth,
the very reason for this feeling
No longer am I voyaging with you

    I felt

suspended, almost surreal at times. The constant uncertainty and familiarity is effective portrayed.I really enjoyed this poem.Well done.

This is sad and beautiful. I loved it. I think that at the end of the road there is always some sad truth. We just have to get through it.
