I now know why I have been put upon this earth!


I now have the answer,

To the question, I've wondered since my birth!


I now have a reason,

A purpose for my life!


I was put onto this earth,

To absorb all the worlds strife!


I wasn't created to find love,

I wasn't created for my brain

 

I was created as a shock absorber,

To soak up the worlds pain

 

I am a locker for your hate!

A chamber for your fear!


I am the shaking in the ground!

 The whisper in your ear!

 

I eat up all your pain,

And I never let it out!


I never speak of love,

And I never seek it out!

 

Do not pity me,

For I will pity you!


Do not hurt for me,

For I'll do your hurting too!


I was put here to make you happy,

I was put here to make you gleam

 

For I am not a person,

I am just a thing

    I can identify with this .. alot actually. Over the years I came to realize that most people come to me.. to vent, to cry, ask advice that is never heeded. I also found that it is a hard role to have. People always want more than they will give and will continuously take untill there is simply nothing left inside yourself to give. There has to be a happy medium, there has to be something left for us as well.

      I dont know if your familior with personality testing or not but I am one of the rarest types the INFJ, and if youd like i can give you couple links to find out what you are and read about it for free (theres alot of places to take the test that make you pay, for it and the ansewers) its encredibly revealing about yourself, but thats why ppl come to me and drain me, im assuming you too, because thats what we do, and because we above most all others actually care and thats why it drains us, we will do for others far more than we will for ourselfs and when no one is putting back into us we end up depleted
