Why, I ask...

Why don't we give out our heartfelt applause,
to our Father, who loves us despite all our flaws?

Why, when we're about to beat a higher ranked team,
do we chant, "Over-rated"? Doesn't that cut ourselves
down, rather than them?

Why do we think we should "go tell the whole world about
God's love", yet our neighbor next door has never been told.

Why, when sharing our faith, do we think we have to know all
the answers, yet, we are perfectly willing to give plenty of
advice on things which we know little about?

Why do we cheer with all our might at a ballgame, but
somehow doing that in church is "not done around here"?

Why do we simply "accept" evolution as a fact, when there is
no basis in fact to prove that any species has ever evolved into another?

If we evolved from monkeys, why are there still monkeys?

Why do we assume people are questioning what we say,
when they are really trying to think of the next thing they'll say?

We don't ask a lawyer what medicine we need,
so, why ask someone failing the way to succeed?
