Stardust

Curve
of moon
past twilight
as Venus glides
near lunar embrace;
nocturnal cosmos swirls
with stardust that drifts closer,
nudges each exhaled breath of light,
dissolves shooting star's track of wishes
etched upon my soul as night fades to day.
