My illness is fighting for my breath
I take shots every 12 weeks to do normal life
There are times I wonder, why I am here
The only men that understood the illness is now gone
There comes a moment rare in life
When a flower, I planted comes up
That my special moment
It not easy for me to bend and move
Then in that rare moment
as the bloom is being born
The pain fades away
I feel, That some how I helped Mother Nature
Bring part of her children to birth
That I have given a gift in some small way
Many do not understand it really exits nor
is it in my mind
I have the bruises to prove it
When a perfect bloom lives
Warm joy spills out from my soul
For one small moment, I do not fee the pain
