The Rain is a good topic
To study and learn all you can
Rain came into existance when
Old Noah carried out God's plan
Yes, the rain goes back to Noah's time
He built the Ark at God's command
He worked dilligently each day
All of it built by hand
When Noah and all were on board
God sealed the door shut tight
No one could come in or go out
For God closed it with all His might
After 40 days and nights of rain
Noah sent a bird out to see
The bird came back every time
No dry land was found, not even a tree
Then one day the bird came back
It had a leaf within it's beak
Noah knew the water was down
But he still didn't dare to peak
The next time Noah sent the bird out
He waited and waited for it's return
The bird never did come back
Noah knew that it was now his turn
Noah and his family,came out of the Ark
The sun was shining they stepped on dry land
How very thankful they were and they built an altar
To praise God for His blessings so grand
Now you know how rain came to be
