Norms Merlin

Helen gave Norm a brown puppy with green eyes
Norm says what a I going to do with this?
We fought for years about the other two being in bed
Guess what, he brought this four week puppy to bed
You know who made the baby is bottle?
We started getting him into a routine
Then life happens
My husband died
I  had to get a dog sitter next door
The hospital said he was sick and get there as soon as I could
I came with tears in my eyes all the dogs knew something was not right
Merlin became the dog we all dread of having
When it was Norm bed time, all the dogs were in bed
Then when he woke up
They all want out to say Goodbye
Now I wonder if  he knew Merlin would turn into a moose
Would he of started sleeping in bed when he takes up the other half of it
There times I  hit Moose telling Norm quit snoring when I wake up the  truth seeks in
When he good it Merlin
When he bad it Moose especially after he decorate my  home with shreds of paper
I Thank God for him at times, Norm seems to be here with us
Times I say Oh dog, he like to drag his cold steel bowl around the house
Some how late in the night there a wake up call one of then needs to go out
I step in it the ice cold bowl then I say Oh dog it better then others would I could say
