Cassiopeia's crown

Missing image
listen, softly now
as my lover calls my name
it echos and curls
around my mind, glistening
starlight captured in amber

how close we are now
each gazing at the same star
ancient travelers
distance bridged by points of light
bound in Cassiopeia's crown

I thank you for your kind comments and generous appaulse, this is on of the best things I think I hae ever written so it brings me joy that others enjoy it also, my love letter, it was written from the heart on a night of a million stars, the milky way was so bright it was almost blinding, we are often blessed by amazing beauty,

      my humble thanks

This is very captivating. I like the personal begining, followed by an astronomical glimpse of royal accompinieament with the hint of galant travel.
    Very sweet

      my humble thanks

Cassiopeia has captured my attention, when I look to the sky, she is the first I search for ,being far from the biggest or flashest, she call, and that whole quadrant viable through the milky way holds me rapt, I also marvel at how time and space is eliminated by this medium we choose to write with, connecting us all
with no delay, a thousand points of light, writing, and sharing it is a wonderful thing we have found a band of kindred souls sharing words and thoughts ,

my most sincere thanks for you kind thoughts
