The hatred and disgust drips from your tongue
Like acid burning through my calm mask
Your words of superiority have often stung
And now myself I have to ask.
Condemned to an eternity in hell
You tell me that I'm possessed by satan
When all I did was love another girl
You say that I'm wrong and need to straighten.
Tell me, when was it illegal to love another?
Who gives you the right to tell me how I feel?
Oh, right; God, the Almighty, the Holy Father
But it's not before you whom I have to kneel.
But alas! this is a choice that I have made
I chose to have my equal rights taken away,
To be at the point of the bigot's blade,
I have chosen this evil, dangerous way.
But if I could have just one more prayer
I would pray for neither money nor fame
I wouldn't even pray for people to be fair
Or even for friends to not treat me with shame.
I would pray for protection, but not from disease
Protection from your followers, who make my life hell
Maybe then I could finally live my life in peace
Maybe then I could finally live my life well.
But of course, my prayer would not be heard
Because I am evil and don't deserve love like you do
To think that I have the ability to love is absurd
And according to you my execution is long overdue.
Well, I apologize for not being who you want me to be,
I apologize for offending you by loving a girl
I apologize for daring to believe God still loves me
But I'm not going to change, not even for the world.
Don't waste your breath because I'm not hearing it
I'm going to live my life and be happy and gay
Stop talking because I don't care one little bit
You might as well love me because I'm here to stay.

Fear the mini rant in poem form 
Sorry if I offended anyone in any way, either religiously or because you just don't like gay people. Oh, and please don't tell me I need to be saved because I don't care 
I'm not Christian, I'm Anglican and I don't need any more experience with so called 'Christians'. I also don't want to hear how you're offended because you're religious and don't hate gay people. I know it's not everyone, okay?
Ok, now that's done.....

Oh and I love a good flame because they make me laugh I know I shouldn't laugh at other's misfortune or how pathetic they are, but.....it's just too funny

I can understand where your coming from. And I totally agree with you..We are all aloud to be different and no one can stop us. Im a christian..and gay. I spose thats against the rules lol but I dont really care I didnt choose to be a christian,. Anyway great poem. Keep it up
