Alone in my bed,
My room filled with darkness.
He's coming for me,
He's so close to my fortress.
He's now within earshot,
I can hear all his laughter.
The powers gone out,
Now his teeth begin to chatter.
My body now full of fear,
and i unable to move.
I hear him enter my house,
He soon enters my room.
He raised his arm,
As blades fell from his hands,
Into my body they go,
Never again will I stand.
Daylight now showing.
Many people around,
They say I died of panic and terror,
But I knew about the Boogieman, he is always around.
