Mirror

Looking at the reflection
while someone is starring back at me
who is this stranger
the mysterious stranger I've become to know
the one whose emotions reveal and show
hiding in all four corners
but the walls  come tumbling down
waiting so long just to be found
the past fading to black and white
insensible memories haunting me
imagine what i could have had
falling into a sleep
until someone wakes me up to reality
hiding in all four corners
but the walls come tumbling down
waiting so long to be found
thunderstorms gather above
nothing left but fate
sunshining through the clouds
lightning stuck me
i made it through some how
hiding in all four corners
but the walls come tumbling down
no one knows how long
I've waited to be found

It sounds like you've been found. Jesus loves you my friend. It sounded o.k. in terms of rhyming I guess.

I loved it. It makes you think and its spunky too. it sounds hopless at first and it seems to grow into a optimistic air.
