A stripped skeletal mind
immune to the disease that is life.
Connected yet isolated in a parallel world
where there isn't right or wrong.
Fantasizing of beauty but seeing none.
She is a lost soul in a strange body,
screaming "FIND ME!" yet hiding,
oh but hiding behind the mask that is ME!

The beginning sets the tone here right away, skeletal; like keys rattling in the mind. Immunity is not always good to have, what if we were immune and the rest of the world vanisahed, it would be a lonely place of sadness. Other dimensions wring their parellel lives right into spirits here perhaps. Blind to the eye, beauty wilts away. Behind every mask there is a scream, sometimes of pleasure, mostly of pain though.

Poet
An interesting take on the picture. I do love the darker side of the parallel worlds. Well done . write on. So much nicer then the mushy stuff .

a good piece of poetry, ah the masks of life, we all wear them with ease, i like the parallel world imagery used here.
