I'm diggin the passion...
I think this more a spoken word than a slam though. This has that introspective Henry Rollins feel to the delivery. I grew up on the 77 punk wave and American hardcore so I get your motivation. There was a poet that many artist used to open for them back in the late 70s ( Sex Pistols, The Fall, Joy Division, Buzzcocks, Siouxsie & the Banshees, Elvis Costello, and New Order). His name is John Cooper Clarke. You should check him out if you're not already familiar with him. I saw him about 10 years ago at Wattie Buchan (Exploited) and Citizen Fish(Dick Lucas, Subhumans) show. That was an awesome night.

I won't criticize your message, but your presentation is lacking.
slam poetry is fun, but you have to at least express your opinion in a creative or humorous manor.
