Upon my waking
The earth was shaking
Shattering - Breaking
Into little pieces beyond mending
The towers fell, and damsels cried
Truths were broken, heros died
Roses faded, withered, blew away
No one came to save the day.

Ok so I just finished the 'Dark Tower' series by S. King (friggin' awsome) and it had the only perfect ending ever! I was worried about how it would end - had I invested so much of my time to be brought to a bitter, empty end? But bless him! It was perfect! I just love those books, they are my favorite EVER and so I wrote this during reading and thought I'd post it here while bragging on those perfect books.
