this world i see
isn't what it use to be
so much heartbreak and hurt
so many lost souls in desert,
i hear so many screams
from within the darkened seams,
nobody seems to care
no voice to say 'i'm hear for you"
the ones in no desolate pain
don't save anyone from the shame
they're there not caring about,
with there noses high and not enough clout
i just feel it needs to be let out
why must this world not care
when instead our love we should share
but yet no one does
we walk around only caring for ourselves
putting this love on a dusty shelf,
with nothing to to show from deep within
tell me friends
"what happened"
