Tiny adhesions scar my heart to sleep
I try to wake, but my constricted capillaries cheat my strength.
I tire of walking dazed within a maze
of love, unclear and unwinding.
I turn into someone young and full of longing
searching for one who can fulfill this intensity
combusting inside me
an explosion I cannot bare to hide.
And in time, I will unravel the blind
who will turn his eyes towards me,
I'll instil a perfect vessel
and break the sheath of ice, sheltering his heat
and into love I will seep.
