Little wings as models;
The only thing that soars
Their white feather future.
Apples for angels
Compassion for the world;
The only thing we’ll lose
Our selfish seeds we’ve sown.
Empathy as coins
To feed our tomorrow;
The only thing to do
Buy hunger on display.
