Twilight

Twilight far in the night -
That barrows from the sun light

Twilight beauty in white
Grant me a light upon my night

Twilight so powerfully bright -
Curse this hateful night!

So bright are you that twinkles in blue -
Your reflection lye,s upon the dew -

As drop upon drop
your beauty lye,s in view -

How can anyone not love you.

    Hmm apart from the last line being about how "can anyone not love you" I don't know how it fits to the contest.

    mmh to be honest this was an OKAY poem im not gonna lie and say it was brilliant also it had little or absolutley no relevance to the theme of my contest wat so ever! well i might have to disqualify u but im not one to be narrow minded so if i delete this and you still want to enter with a new one thats fine i will reserve a spot for you and everything,

    No this is an excellant poem, I say this alot, don't bash your poetry, or at least try to avoid it.

    I think complex rhyming takes away from the emotion you are trying to cature with this poem.

    This was good just not what I wanted.
