I am more me with you,
Than me alone,
Whoever that me may be.
The male or the woman,
Or the mix of the two,
I am more me with you.
As confused as can be,
But more so accepting,
I am calmer of discovering,
Who I might really be.
Still I am more me with you,
Than me alone,
And without you,
I wouldn't have known,
The me that I hid so long ago.

One of the best aspects of real love is that it helps us become the best, most whole, person we can be, the most "me" one can be... this is a well-crafted poem describing that wonderful effect.
