When you feel as though
the world has walked away
forgot you in the shadows
just remember that the heart does go on.
For the moments that it beat
for the moments when
you thought it stopped
for the moments that it loved
for the moments when it broke.
Time comes and goes
and even though you feel
things will never be the same
the heart does not hold grudges
but the heart does not forget
it is open to love and will never falter.
It is the window to your soul
to all you hold sacred
so when you feel it drifting away
remember the heart continues to beat
even after you feel as though you have lost it.
If there is one thing you can always count on
it's that your heart always knows how you truly feel
even before you do
for it knows your deepest secrets
and your deepest emotions.
So when you feel as though
the world has walked away
remember that your heart
is always ready to love
and will always continue on
even when you feel
as though you can not.

I like the thoughts and feelings expressed in this piece. There are just some minor spelling errors. I think Sole =Soul, forgot =forget. A great poem for encouragement.
