If you are a moth, and I, your light,
I will vanish darkness in the night,
Being your sun when it is out of sight,
I promise to shine just as bright.
Cling to my warmth, and you will be ok
I will not let my glow fade away,
Being your supply of replacing ray,
I promise to gleam just as day.

This is not finished and I don't know if the metaphors match up to make sense quite right. But it was inspired from my boyfriend saying to me, "If I am a moth, you are my light." It was such a great metaphor and I wanted to go off of it, but I'm kinda stuck
