And of you I dream on my bed of saltwater kisses
with the storms raging your siren song
to this course im a lost at sea
upon a ship engulfed by the image of your lips
upon the broken jagged rocks is my fate
there is no turning away- for i see your face
and as you smile will you grant me life?
or will my soul be taken as my last breathe takes flight
Will my heart be made whole by the glimpse of your beauty
or will I break in the face of your cruelty..
Will you sing to me of love so sweet
or will my life be bounded under your feet
Upon your jagged rocks you wait
upon the jagged rocks is my fate...

Very nicely done here, the rocks and the ships and your poem...together, they tell the story.

i had visions of a young maiden weeping for her lover firstly on a beach and as the the first frothy wave laps at her feet the sad heartfelt moment when time rushes on wondering is he coming at all and the last to taste the salty water on lips that knew
