The rain has fallen
And puddles lay scattered
Across the streets
And the land
The Puddles are reflective
And reflect the sky
And all that is above them
In the little water they hold
The crystal clear water
Reflects all it see's
Hiding its depth
Underneath itself
The puddles instead of being a nuisance
When reflecting become
But a thing of beauty
With rippiling water
People step in
And abuse the puddles
Reflective beauty
And all it holds
Another 1am poem with writers block.

I'm glade I'm not the only one because I was saying that to one of my friends and they looked at me like I was crazy.

interstering never thought of puddles as being reflective of the sky but I guess that they could be. Very preseptive view of the world here. Thanks for sharing this with us.
