Sometimes I sit and wonder
Of the beauty you possess,
How God gave you such a gift
And the ability to bless.
You've loved me so much
With all your mind and heart
I could never repay you,
I wouldn't know where to start.
Every day I pray
That God will bless you beyond measure
And you'll place in your heart
All of His great and mighty treasures.
I can not think of the words
To thank you for all you've taught me
You reminded me how to love,
To love wildly.
You mean so much to me
I think the world of you
I would give you the moon and the stars if I could
I'd give me life for you, too.
I hope one day
You can see my love for you
I try and show it every day
In everything I say and do.
It hurts so deeply
and breaks my heart,
To still feel this love
When we are worlds apart.
Author notes
Well this was written sunday, when I didnt know where me and my boyfriend stood in our relationship. I guess the last line really holds true, because we are now worlds apart.

It is definately a nice poem, in some points it flows quite well to be fair. But you may want to revisit your rhyming scheme, could could possibly leave it loose as you have done, but when each stanza breaks from the pattern, there really isnt one. Some simple changes such as matching up the number of sylables would help a lot.

Yes, I hope everything works out in the end for you and your boyfriend. You did a great job on writing. I love your rhymes. But then again I love anyones rhymes cause i cant rhyme for my life
