Fall and Forget

I dreamt of you last night
The dream started out
With only you in my sight
Then I heard noise of those bustling about
I started to look around
I did this for a while but I only saw you
I tried my hardest to find the source of the sounds
And forget about the sight of you
Needless to say, it did not work at all
As I sit here right now and think about this
I realize how hard it is to fall
To fall and attempt to forget about a certain bliss
I tried to forget about you my dear
But really it so hard to forget about you
Especially when I long for you to be near
Just like you used to be when I called out to you
But it has ended for now
But there is one feeling I’ve gotten overall
It’s the feeling that no matter what I know how
Hard it is to attempt to forget one of the longest falls
