Lost Faith

There are so many unsolved mysteries in the world;
Those never-ending fields of verdant green.
Sometimes I wonder, if all the world is a stage
Where is all of the audience sitting?

If everyone just took a minute and held their breath,
The greenhouse emissions would lower by drastic amounts.
Just goes to show how many people there are,
And just how many don't really give a damn.

It's like feeling the slow leak in reality,
Another small bubble of brilliance popped.
And there, naked as a moonbeam,
She realized fortune breaks a man.

All this agony and despair, and no one to fix it.
Someone told me the other day that God was on my side.
But where is he? Or her? Where are they now?
Probably lost faith in me too.

Outstanding compostion on ontologic and hierological matters... "Lost Faith" delivers a reversed message by showing the exoteric and letting its magical lines strike the dynamo of the reader's reason. I did enjoy the reading of this poetic philosophic flower whose petals diffuse scent of awareness.

    In respect and admiration,

At least writing on Allpoetry.com doesn't cause greenhouse gases, although it must be said that there is a lot of metaphorical hot air on display.

Bleak and sour with forgotten love, heavy with frustrated desire
Clean and sweet with hope, trust and a fading smile.
Black and venomous with a trace of spite.
Blue with mourning, flitting between depression and hurtful remarks.
Red and tangy with the taste of blood recently spilt.

Falling. Falling. Theyre all falling. Tears from the sky.
Tears from the heart. Tears from lying eyes and silvered tongues.

Take this glass, this cup, this goblet. Move fast if you can.

After all, those are alot to catch, and even more to swallow.

As usual, you move me. I wish I could find the creativity that I used to have...

    But all in all,
    Despite it all...
    I haven't lost faith.

Favourite line 10- another bubble of brilliance popped.
Not sure about introducton of "she" and "man" in line 12- who are they?

As an aside, God hasn't lost faith in anyone.
