sarah,
delicate features tense,
sparkling blue eyes riveted
on something only she can see—
toe collides with plastic
and she manages to fall upwards
a slight grin, an embarrassed flush on star-washed cheeks
and she is on her way,
but that place will be forever hers.
Author notes
Told you, Sarah. I told you. MUAHAHA.
(Seriously, the girl is much more awesome than she gives herself credit for...)
