The neighbor who lives down the block,
has her a rabbit or two.
They’re pink and yellow, all colors it’s said,
and a few are powder blue.
Methinks we’ll take a knife and axe,
and rid her of a few!
~HEY~
We’ll kill’em and drill’em
and make us some rarebit stew.
The paws and ears we’ll save of course,
for the luck of a chosen few.
We’ll slice'em and dice'em
and stuff'em with corn as well.
Then we'll roast'em o'er the fire,
'til we sees their faces swell.
Then we'll sit down to Easter lunch,
and have us a brew or two.
The neighbor she will join us o'course
'cause that's what she always do.
~HEY~
We'll stomp'em and chomp'em
and make some sausage too.
The streets will be clear of rabbits,
and we'll run out of brew!
~HAPPY EASTER 'TIL NEXT YEAR!~
