The Betrayer and Betrayed

Jesus Christ, my teacher, my Lord.
Judas Iscariot, my student, my friend.
I have betrayed you whom I've adored.
It was foretold this would be my end.
Thirty silver coins was the price named.
A trifle sum for the life of your King.
I gladly accepted with greed untamed.
A new era your betrayal will bring.
Though Satan possessed my body and mind.
For his temptation, I can attest.
Only I can be blamed for your life consigned.
But true devout faith he cannot best.
With this greatest mistake I cannot live.
My son, a graver error you now make.
Over to Hell my soul I now give.
Forgiveness could have been yours to take.
All shall know the grim truth of my sin.
Prophecy fulfilled, but my heart does weep.
As I release the blasphemy within.
For your damned soul I cannot save or keep.

Great poem, hun! I love the dialogue you've created here, it really works interestingly to elaborate on the relationship that we know was there but don't have much insight into.

I just saw one typo, on line 15: "Over to Hell my soul I know give". Do you mean "I NOW give"?

Other than that, looks great and really works to describe that relationship.
