    This was so, so sweet.
    The theme is something all of us can relate to, and there's nothing that pleases the reader more than being able to relate to the writer's feelings. So nice job on that =)

    Coming to the poem, the commas at the end of each stanza seem a bit odd to me, I'm not quite sure how to read it out loud. And also, I think you mean 'you're', and not 'your' in the last bit.

    Overall, it's a very touching poem. Simple, yet beautiful. =)
