Crusades of Envy

This bullshit screams from my brain to my pen,
captivating stories strike lies through my head
misplacing the truth of where Im going and where I've been.
Losing my place in life
I've been consumed by sin.
I've been waiting for someone to come take my hand
to hold me and watch me
to lead my on my way.
Then you shoot through my life
and my hell just disappears
You help me more then anyone has ever helped me throughout my years.

Forgiven of my lies, my sin, and my hate
Everything you are to me is an undying fate.
My bruised ego keeps my sanity in check
though this kind of sanity has no definition to it.
My life is a rollercoaster, cut loose, about to wreck.
But you keep me calm, my hand grasped tight, your face brightly lit.
crusades of envy breach my every thought.
You stay calm and organized, never at a loss-
even when my life feels like its been capsized/
Im on the verge of wallowing in my own condemned pit,
but everytime I falter,
You help me see that my life has definition to it.

You hold me high,
You won't let me fall.
With you, I've never had to put up a wall.
You make me feel safe, and never alone.
Together our future is set in stone.
