In through the nose and out through the mouth.
I continue my hoax of isolate self importance...
Look!
I'll even breathe fire.
Give me hope, deep breaths...
In through the nose and out through the mouth.
Lies have hushed my filthy confusion,
Drowning in gasoline and long-silenced dreams.
With burns that excavate my imaginary world,
Charred,
My flesh wreaks of deplorable shame.
Drilled to my own contempt,
My bones shivered and wept, unrecorded.
In through the nose and out through the mouth.

this is a very emotive poem. Good luck in the contest=] -
great use of imagery and the inhalation of the flames of shame, pain, despair...as if drowned by them. nicely done
