The Leprechaun

The roof is green and so am I
A leprechaun that's soon to die

I fear the world of many creatures
It is of mostly human features

I'd like to chat about this more
But would rather run in a door

The birds are colored and so merry
Floating along with all the fairies

The roof is green and so am I
A leprechaun that wants to fly

Author notes

My brother gave me the idea for this poem. He's not really into to poetry, but I am! I told him to give me a random sentence but not one that was 'too' random. I was helping him try to make a poem and instead I made one myself. He started this poem off with "The roof is green" and I just started saying the rest of it. I just made this poem because it was fun. POETRY'S AWESOME!!!

Seems like you had fun with this. I think that the second line and the last line of your poem should be "A leprechaun that wants to fly" Reason being is that leprechaun do not die, I was told,
