hair spills tousled over finely boned shoulders
velvetine waterfalls of a dark brown hue
cascade from eden to taunt the newly exiled
amidst a fine mist of skin settled dew
predator portals glare out tempting knives
on the parched soil of her heart I will tread unshod
fearless of brambles hiding upright winking serpents
stepping over the bodies of those she left behind
as I fail to mourn their violent passings
I wait to be devoured...
Does it flow well?
