Interesting
This is an interesting piece, i like the subtle bounce in the flow and it is well penned. It makes me think of the elves in Terry Pratchetts books or A midsummer nights dream.
However can you please explain why you think this poem belongs in my contest when it doesn't seem to have been misunderstood or judge without reason -

The original contest was for poems about anime, but the judge only picked poems about his favourite anime and discarded any other poem out of hand.
