You smell like sad roses that are thirsting for rain.
Can you feel the sadness of this moment?
I touch your tears and dry them with my kiss.
You are so sad everyone can see your internal misery.
Don't ever close your eyes and miss out on life that's reaching out to you.
Can you feel the love that's in the air?
Everyone wants you to smile, my dear.
Don't worry about tomorrow.
You can't foresee any future sorrow.
Knock down those fears.
I'll dry your cold, cold tears.
Don't ever close your ears, because I want to sing to you.
Don't ever close your eyes, because I want to make you smile.
I can erase the feeling of this pain.

Helping someone you love and drying their tears is one of the best feelings in the world. So often I feel like when I try to comfort people that I'm at best not helping and at worst making it worse. Great write
