The opening of the constitution is but a LIE.
It says one thing; the government does not follow.
only rich white men with land could vote.
Later: most white men to vote.
One civil war, many deaths later,
some black men got to vote,
another 50 years
other men of color to get to vote,
but not exactly all of them,
way were found to exclude them.
200 years later and more deaths
wo-men to get to vote.
yet for all of this death and fighting,
the vote means nothing.
It is the political parties,
limited mainly to the 2 majority
who decide what happens,
when, how much we get to know.
They lie about things;
no one is accountable for it.
They are currently at war
each wanting raw power,
neither cares about voters
any more, if they ever did.
It's not the government that is wrong
but the people in it.
They are the ones
who corrupt the words
abuse the power,
they decide the fate of the rest of us,
as so called guardians,
like we don't know how
can't do it ourselves.
One dies
20 take their place
to get rich, seeking power.
Power corrupts,
politics destroies their mind.

I agree with you, and congratulate you on the gold! I think we should all refuse to vote blue or red and only vote for alt. candidates, then when the 2 parties in power wake up to only green party, libertarian, and independents in power, maybe they will see their folly. That's just a dream though.
