It hit me one weekend
Seven months too late
The Shack was a Godsend
And much more than fate.
This book entered my life
At just the right time
When my levels of strife
Were deep in their prime.
I needed comfort
From God up above
And He healed the hurt
As he showered me in love.

The Shack is an AMAZING book and revealed so much to me. I cannot begin to convey all that it showed me or taught me, but this short poem is just to show how grateful I am that a friend told me to read this book.
