This is my life
More than just a dream
This is my laughter
Or it is my silent scream

This is my dream
Helping to shape my life
This is my assurance
That I survive this strife

My heart has wings to fly
Ever reaching for the sky

This is my smile
Revealing the joy I feel
This is my rapture
My pain is soon to heal

This is what I feel
It brings about my smile
This is my pace
I know I will walk the mile

In this mind, I am me
That is all I can ever be

This is my first day
That is right after my last
Another will follow
It too shall fall to the past

This is not the last
It is just another day
This is my promise
Not another word to say
