This is cute for some reason in my opinion. I can't give in more than that right now in my comments and certainly cannot come up with a haiku of my own at the moment but it is a great write. Great job.

Myra, that is wonderful, the first draft of this piece was indeed,

    on a bench
    a robin sits
    human-watching

    ... or better still:

    on the garden bench
    a robin sits
    Eve watching

    Lovely!

Lovely, dearest Andrew! Simply a smile stringing poem - see: ---------->

I just love the "new" Andrew. So carefree these writes.

May I add my version, too, as these reader-poets did?

    :

    on the garden bench
    a robin sits
    man watching

Nicely done Haiku. How long dtd the worm watch?

    Early Robin
    Gets the worm,late Robin
    Much luckier.
