unite

The future is in our hands now,
We the new generation,
Must remain to unite,
Standing still for our family,
Fight what we must fight,
In order to free our self,
Encouraging us to be an independent,
To handle it all,
So we the new generation must unite

I agree with cricket jeff. It is a wonderful poem with lots of meaning and it's well written but it is a bit off topic unless your going purely metaphorically pesamistically optomistically for my contest and even then it's not in the specified form(s) requested for my contest either
    Best of luck to you

  • that is a really powerful little poem. I like short poems that know how to pack a punch.

Your piece here is misplaced in this contest for technologically oriented presentations, but I'll give your writing go-over...

Cloudy piece, not sure what you're getting at- I see references to family and individual independence... but I do detect the spirit of the piece...
You'd make a good Democrat Party staff writer- they're into slogans, and you have a lot of material here... in fact, I'll suggest it to the next Presidential candidate- "We, the new generation, must unite!" In a logical sense it is undefinable, but it makes for good image...

    For some where out there
    a place must be found
    where all can unite
    on a common ground

    To save this Earth
    from a firey end
    we must face reality
    and no longer pretend

    The scars we've created
    we now must mend!

    This was a great write

    Keep penning

    I like it like this

"The future is in our hands now,
    We the new generation,
    Must remain to unite,
    Standing still for our family,
Fight for what we must fight for,
    In order to free ourselves,
    Encouraging us to be independent,
    To handle it all,
So we, the new generation, must unite!"

    but again it's your choice
