It’s a song by The Kinks
It’s a tube train that stinks
Of McDonalds, sweat and Lynx
It’s the undiscovered street
It’s the ache in my feet
It’s a Frank Sinatra beat
It’s the ever spinning eye
It’s the endless, leaden sky
It’s where moguls go to die
It’s the joy and the pain
It’s the loss and the gain
It’s dreams down the drain
It’s the great and the good
It’s the River Thames mud
It’s the wire in the blood
It’s the snarl of the cars
It’s the lights from the bars
It’s the haunts of the stars
It’s plush, penthouse suites
It’s sleepers in the streets
It’s the underground heat
It’s dreamers on the boards
It’s museums full of swords
It’s the gabble shop of lords
It’s within our reach art
It’s desperation for a start
It’s the offer from a tart
It’s the sights and the sounds
It’s a giant lost and found
It’s flesh sold by the pound
It’s the wave of a hand
It’s the good and the grand
It’s the Devil's Disneyland.

Quite a bouncy little number this, although the meter wasn't perfect, it didn't detract from my enjoyment of the poem, and yes, I suppose it is a bit of an urban disneyland, too an outsider anyway, don't know if the locals would agree!
Anyway, a very worthy entry. Thanks for participating in our contest, much appreciated.
Good luck!
